I love #ToastTuesday because the possibilities for a perfect toast are endless. All you need to do is load your favorite bread with your favorite things, and in a matter of minutes, you will be stuffing your face with pure goodness. The idea for today’s Strawberry Basil Toast came to me in my sleep…which really isn’t too surprising if you know me, because I’m thinking about food every. second. of. the. day.


makes 1 toast


One slice of your favorite gluten-free bread

1/2 cup dairy free vanilla yogurt (my go to is the Kite Hill brand)

1/2 cup chopped organic strawberries

1 tb finely chopped organic basil

1 tsp honey



In a small bowl, mix together the strawberries, basil, and honey. Toast your bread. Then layer first, with the yogurt and then add the strawberry mixture.
