VANILLA CHIA GRANOLA BITES

This super easy recipe combines products from three of my all time favorite brands: Georgia Grinders nut butters, Gr8nola granola, and Bare Snacks coconut bites. These little guys (or gals) are packed with the good-for-you fats, carbs for sustained energy, and a little sweetness because what's life without a little sweet? This recipe yielded about 15 bites, so I am keeping them in the fridge to munch on all week long. Enjoy this recipe!
makes 15 bites
1 11.5 oz bag of Gr8nola granola
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
2 scoops collagen peptides (optional, but I highly recommend it)
1/4 cup crushed Bare Snacks Vanilla & Chia Coconut Bites, crushed, plus additional for topping
pinch of sea salt
pinch of cinnamon
1 tb vanilla extract
3/4 cup Georgia Grinders nut butter of choice (I really like this brand because the ingredients are clean)
Add the granola to a food processor and pulse a few times until crumbly. Next, add the dry ingredients and pulse until incorporated. Finally, add nut butter and vanilla and pulse until blended well. Using your hands, scoop out some mixture and form balls. Lay them on a baking sheet and sprinkle additional Vanilla Chia Coconut bites on top. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to harden (though this step is not necessary). Enjoy!
