i'm not jumping on the CBD train to be trendy or cool (i'm cool just because i'm me and you are cool bc you are you, but because 1. anxiety affects so many people and CBD has been known to help; and 2. this is a bad ass recipe that will change your life, guaranteed. The last few weeks I've been experimenting with CBD oil, daily—so far i haven’t noticed any major changes, but i also haven't been taking it long enough. I’ll keep you posted! In the meantime get in your kitchen and make these—they take all of FIVE minutes to make


makes 8 squares


Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper (pro tip: rub coconut oil all over the pan so that the parchment paper sticks easily)⠀
In a small pot on the stove, melt the following:⠀
1/3 cup coconut oil⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
3/4 cup @santabarbarachocolate cacao⠀
1/3 cup maple syrup⠀
3/4 cup @georgiagrinders creamy peanut butter
1/2 tb @capbeautydaily "daily hit" cbd oil (i'm also testing another brand, but this is what i used for this recipe)⠀
pour mixture into the loaf pan, then top with 1 cup chopped organic strawberries, pressing them down.⠀
place in fridge for at least two hours to harden. recipe inspired by @bakerita
