Vegan / Gluten Free / Paleo


Oh hiiiii friends! I keep seeing BALLS all over Instagram. I'm talking about ENERGY BALLS, people, energy balls. I tried some recipes from some fellow bloggers and now I know why they are so popular - they are easy to make, packed with nutrition, and are the perfect snack to have in your purse so you aren't caught hangry! So, in that spirit, I decided to create a recipe of my own, packed with some of my all-time favorite super foods - CACAO, MACA, and GOJI BERRIES, and a little extra chocolate! I'm SO excited to share this recipe with you!


makes 12 small balls


12 soft medjool dates, pitted

2 tsp Navitas maca powder

1/4 cup Navitas goji berries

1 tsp cinnamon

1tsp vanilla extract

1 tb Navitas cacao powder

1/4 cup chocolate chips . I like the dairy-free chocolate chips from Enjoy Life Foods

1/2 cup raw almonds



Get out your food processor or Vitamix (food processor preferred). Place all your ingredients in the food processor and pulse until tiny pebbles form. Scoop out the mixture and form them into 12 ish balls. Place them in the refrigerator for an hour or so and eat!

Could this recipe be any easier? I don't think so...
