GARLICKY SMASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds yellow potatoes
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tb olive oil, or you can use a spray
2 tb chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

I forget who made smashed potatoes and posted them recently, but it’s been stuck in my mind ever since, so today I gave it a go, my way, and ended up with these GARLICKY SMASHED POTATOES. So good. So healthy. So everything! I hope you make them, and be sure to tag me so I can share!

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 450.
Wash and scrub your potatoes.
Bring large pot of water to a boil, then drop in the potatoes.
Boil for 20-25 minutes.
Run under cold water to cool and dry them.
Line them up on a baking sheet.
Use a fork or the palm of your hand to press them down (the smash!).
Drizzle oil on top evenly or spray with oil evenly.
Add garlic to the top of each one, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden!!!
