MAPLE CARAMEL BUCKEYE

INGREDIENTS

1 jar Georgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter (12 oz)
1/4 cup The Maple Guild maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour
splash of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips

Welcome to the magical world of the MAPLE CARAMEL BUCKEYE. Or bullseye? I’m a first time buckeye maker over here, and I don’t know what I was waiting for because these bad boys are balls of heaven! So go make them stat.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. I like to use a hand beater to make sure everything creams together well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and form balls.
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip each ball, 2/3 of the way. place back on parchment paper. Repeat.
Freeze for 30 min.
