Throw everything in a pot, run away, and make it taste amazing—that’s always my kind of meal. You can head over to Martha Stewart or Julia Child’s pages for them fancy meals. But what I can tell you is that this ONE POT SPICY TOMATO AND SAUSAGE PASTA isn’t fancy and yet it’s so, so good. Dinner for 4 is ready in 15 minutes, I hope you guys try it!

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of the ingredients to a big pot and place on the stove and stir together (I used a 3.5 quart Le Creuset). Bring to a soft boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low, and cover for 9-11 minutes.
At the half way point, remove cover and stir so the pasta doesn’t stick together.
Replace cover and remove from heat and enjoy!
