pecan pumpkin latte by kalejunkie



3/4 cup black coffee, hot
1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice, hot
3 tb pecans
2 medjool dates
2 tb pumpkin purée
1 tb pumpkin pie spice

The most perfect creamy PECAN PUMPKIN LATTE you’ll ever have, I promise! The other day I was scrolling through instagram and saw @fitmittenkitchen’s cashew pumpkin latte, and it got me in the MOOOOOOOOD to make something similar, but with pecans, because pecans scream fall! Pecans are super good for you and full of healthy fats, so you can count on this latte to get you through an afternoon slump and keep you satiated until dinnertime!



Make sure your coffee and milk are hot.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and turn on high for about one minute or so, until nice and frothy.
Make sure the top of your blender is on tight so it doesn’t fly off. Speaking from experience!
