SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup creamy cashew butter
1/2 tsp sea salt + sea salt flakes for on top
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips + more to melt and drizzle on top

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
The dough should be thick.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
Form 10 balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
Melt chocolate of choice, drizzle on top, and add sea salt flakes!
