Time to mingle and get to know other mamas in the MNT community
Here at MNTSTUDIO, we know motherhood is an incredible gift while also being a *lot* of work. We mamas do a lot for others, so with Mother's Day right around the corner, we want to celebrate and pamper all the amazing mamas right here in our community by inviting you to our MNT Mother's Day Mingle!
We're planning some extra special treats for you including a MNT Power Mat Pilates class taught by Elaine Hayes (mother to Leo & founder of MNT) followed by a panel on the highs and lows of motherhood featuring Elaine, Nicole Modic (@kalejunkie), and Brittany Foreman of Parsley Health moderated by Renee Frojo (@thewomanborn).

Love Story Yoga, 473 Valencia Street | San Francisco CA, 94103
Join us for this very special event where we’ll have the opportunity to socialize, enjoy organic healthy snacks and drinks, grab a chair massage or tarot reading, shop limited edition Love Story gear, and dive into juicy and profound ways to experience yoga off the mat. This edition of The Experience offers a panel discussion with Stephanie Snyder of Love Story Yoga, Laura McKowen of Spiritualish and HOME podcast, Nicole Modic of KaleJunkie, and San Francisco yoga teacher Danni Pomplun. In this discussion, each of our panel members will share their personal journey towards yoga (hold onto your seat), their current life hacks when things get hairy or scary, and ways that community has become part of the matrix for healing. The evening will include a short meditation and time for Q&A.
In our usual spirit of community outreach all vendors will be small, local businesses, and proceeds will go to our partner charity, Mission Neighborhood Resource Center.
Pre-Registration required, sell out risk high.
